  Worst place ever. Will low ball you every chance they get. Save your time and go across the street where they will treat you good and give you what you deserve.

  Customer service at this particular location is noticeably slow and no sense of customer urgency in such a small facility with more than 3 representatives on a shift..furthermore, constant hang up's when calling to make a payment on an item or after 3 attempts of calling back finally a rep. picks up only to put you on hold for 20 - 30 min. I would never recomend this place of business and dont plan to do business with this company again due to the absence of accountability. I will be taking this as far as corperate because there are jobless individuals out there that are indeed in need of employment. Some just do not value the importance of good business because the service was not really there to begin with...If you dont have customers because there's no customer service then what do you have?? But these are the same one's who are upset when companies terminate these individuals...Good business and respectful as well as responsible customer service = more $

  Depending on who's servicing you it has always been a pleasant experience. Although store manager is insensitive & passive...Appears not too care about the customer, on the company & won't lift a finger too assist. Then there are the lazy customer service ppl ...I guess the best course reaction is take a number & observe...
